SightScope Telescopic Eyewear

The SightScope was developed by Ocutech, one of the most innovative companies in the low vision field. The SightScope meets an important need for a bilateral low vision telescopic system with a wide field of view. The lower power and wider field makes these system helpful to seniors who may not tolerate the image movement and small field of traditional systems.  It also meets the needs of many who need to watch wide screen televisions, to see faces in the distance and to view special events. 

The system comes in both a 1.7X or 2.2X system. It can be flipped up out of the line of site. They have also designed caps to focus it at near which may aid computer work or reading.  It can also be fit for bioptic driving.
