Bell Campanoli Microscope

		The Bell Campanoli Microscope is created by fusing a powerful magnifier to a eyewear to create a powerful reading correction.
		The system provides 15X magnification. The system can only be used by one eye.
		A trial system is used to test the patient prior to fabrication.
		The Bell Campanoli systems can be worn only for near vision.
		These systems are particularly helpful for patients who require very high magnification but may not be stable enough in holding the reading material at the exact focusing distance. The stand of the magnifier becomes a flange to which the reading material rests.
		The system was initially created by Dr. Steven Campaonli and his low vision assistant Ms. Bell. They still fabricate these systems for our office.
