To Referring Professionals

Referrals from doctors, therapists, vocational counselors and other rehabilitation professions are crucial to our program's success. We appreciate the confidence they have in recommending our services.

We refer your patients back to you for all non-low vision care and for any general eyewear needs.  We welcome our referring doctors to visit our centers and offer periodic continuing education courses for doctors and staff.

We publish periodic newsletters for our referring professionals and publish several informative brochures to educate patients. If you would like a packet of patient literature or wish to request a specific brochure, you may call our office or complete the form below.  Our doctors are always happy to answer your question directly. In our Indiana region, we do provide in-service training on low vision for the staff of ophthalmological and optometric practices.
