What to Bring to your Exam

A low vision examination may require more than three hours. Please plan your transportation to allow a minimum of four hours at our facility. You will be given the opportunity to break for lunch. If you have special health needs and require a shorter initial examination, please contact our offices in advance. Since we have allowed four hours for your examination, please contact our office at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
