On Wednesday, November 26th, 2003 , the newly re-designed JORDY made an appearance on the Today Show. The enhancements made to the JORDY are going to be highlighted.  

The JORDY is a head worn, portable, lightweight device that is battery operated and has been designed for people with active lifestyles, enabling them to read, write and enjoy TV, movies and hobbies again.

Specifically, at higher magnification the JORDY's depth of focus has been enhanced to be from 1 inch to infinity. This enhancement allows a user to bring material closer for easier reading on-the-go.

Sharper letter definition, especially in high contrast negative mode is also one of the features that have been improved in addition to overall image coloring. The JORDY now features display colors that are
