Max Video Magnifier

Max is a powerful, portable, hand-held digital magnifier designed for people with low vision. The size of a computer mouse, Max connects directly to any TV or monitor in seconds, allowing you to read newspapers, magazines, recipe cards and even medicine labels.
 
It enlarges print on any surface curved or straight. The optional Max Track enables the magnifier to move smoothly across multiple surfaces. Magnify images and text 16X – 28X on a 20" TV.

The Max is available in a vivid color with multiple viewing options and magnification up to 28X on a 20" TV. View pictures in photo mode or choose or choose between high contrast positive or high contrast negative for easy reading.  The Max Tracks allows it to move in a straight path. The writing stand raises Max  to allow writing under it.     

Smart Video is a computer adapter that allows you to use any EVS low vision devices such as Max with your computer system. You can view magnified images on your computer monitor instead of a TV screen. 

Max is an inexpensive option for patients with moderate to severe vision loss. It works well as a home low vision system for children.
